Dignity of labour exemplified by ICHEC Business school Brussels.

The collaboration between ICHEC Business School students from Belgium and local skilled workers at SEVAI Allur, in building a community centre, beautifully exemplifies the dignity of labour. By working hands-on with masons, carpenters, and laborers, the students showed that every form of work—whether physical or intellectual—holds value and deserves respect. Their involvement broke stereotypes between "white-collar" and "blue-collar" jobs, highlighting humility, teamwork, and mutual appreciation. This partnership not only applied business knowledge but also nurtured stronger community bonds, proving that honest labour, in any form, builds both structures and solidarity.
