*SEVAI Shanthi Matriculation Higher Secondary School Students Explore Nature at NRM Centre*

On their  visit on the 18th, February 2026 to the SEVAI Natural Resources Management Centre in K.N. Palayam, students from SEVAI Shanthi Matriculation Higher Secondary School, along with their Botany and Environmental Science teacher, enjoyed a day of learning beyond textbooks.

The students got hands-on training in *organic farming*, discovering how to grow food using natural compost and eco-friendly methods. They explored *environmental conservation*, learning how to protect soil, water, and plants. The program also introduced *climate change adaptation*, showing ways to safeguard crops and nature from changing weather.
