They toil tirelessly in agriculture, feeding a sizable population of our nation with their sweat and toil. Nurturing families, cultivating crops, and conserving water, their selfless contributions deserve celebration. At home, they juggle domestic duties, caring for children, elderly, and managing households with resilience. Notably, they consume less calories but provide calories to non-farming communities, embodying true sacrifice. Working under the scorching sun, they ensure food production continues unabated, often prioritizing others' needs over their own. Mrs.Vanitha Palanisamy and her team along with Mr.K.Devendran, SEVAI, with the support of OFI join in honoring their tireless services and climate change adaptation efforts, focusing on waterbodies development and environment conservation.
