SEVAI Shanthi Matriculation Higher Secondary School celebrated its 23rd Annual Day on 8, Feb.2020.

SEVAI Shanthi Matriculation Higher Secondary School celebrated its 23rd Annual Day on 8th February 2020. Principal Chita Balasubramainan welcomed the gathering and also presented the school annual report.In the School Annual Report, the Principal highlighted,"SEVAI Shanthi Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Pettavaithalai was established 23 years back with around 72 children and today we proudly educate nearly around 1700 students.  What defines us is our warm and dedicated team of teaching and support staff who work as one cohesive unit to create a learning environment that is lively, motivating and fun for each child with eventual objective at SEVAI Shanthi Matriculation Higher Secondary School is to offer each student with a strong foundation for life, so that the student can flourish as a energetic student and the school also believes that education will allow the child to bloom, blossom and thrives, giving them the right platform where they work towards becoming a responsible citizen. The School offers Comprehensive Coaching for public examination appearing students with result based focused coaching for students and special coaching for needy students’ of ninth standard. The SSMHS School gives opportunities of school students for perform cultural events as being invaluable and enjoyable as their  own right and  participation. Extracurricular activities offered in this school helps students succeed in much more than just their academic endeavors such as gaining a stronger mind, Training in professional skills, a wider social circle, Better time management, Exploration of interests. Kamala, Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Trichy presided over the function.Smt.Geetha, District Child Protection officer; Trichy delivered the key note address.  Mr. Vincent Haurt, Director of ICHCE Business school, Belgium, Mr. Paul Clarke, Director, equal Health Australia, Dr.Aleem, Trichy District Welfare Committee   member felicitated on this occasions. The School Toppers and winner of sports were given prizes by the guests of honor.  School Children performed cultural events on this occasion.Smt.Meena Senior Teacher proposed vote of thanks.-Govin
