Community Action for Rural Development (CARD), Pudukottai heads the leading
non-governmental organization engaged in the fields of health, education and
rural development for the past 30 years in Tamilnadu.The Treatment cum Rehabilitation
Centre for Drug and Alcohol Addicts is a flagship venture of CARD and is ably
stewarded by Mrs. S. R. Jaya, as its Managing Director. She has 35 years of
experience in rural development. CARD is working in Pudukottai and Karur Districts
of Tamilnadu and is also running a Polytechnic College. The organization
focuses on the health and education of school children and college students and
thus is engaged in grooming the rulers of the future.
