Trichy Birds Park, a tourist attraction of Trichy.

Trichy Birds Park, promoted by District Rural Development agency Trichirapalli District, as Chaired by Trichy District Collector estabilished on the banks of the Cauvery River, is being maintained by a private firm on a revenue-sharing basis between the Private firm and (as authorised by District Collector) Trichirapalli District Collector/President, Trichirapalli District Welfare Fund Committee  under Namaku Namea Scheme for which one third of the establishment cost of Trichy birds park was invested by Trichirapalli District Welfare Fund Committee,

the park,was  built at a cost of ₹18.63 crore, features 40 species of exotic birds, an aquarium, and various recreational facilities. The park's maintenance is currently handled by a private firm on revenue sharing basis, between the District Welfare Fund Committee and the Private firm, A.K.Fun Zone  and the MoU was registered and mutually handed over between DWFC, the authorised Treasurer Dr.K.Govindaraju,and Mr.Alwin , Managing Director of 

 A.K.Fun Zone as closely monitored by Treasurer, Trichirapalli District Welfare Fund Committee. The revenue share received by Trichirapalli District Welfare Fund Committee is spent only for Charitable Purposes as per bylaws of Trichirapalli District Welfare Fund Committee.🌹💐Govin
