- Build trust and establish rapport with community members and leaders with patience and wide knowledge.
- Assess needs, identifying strengths, challenges, and priorities.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders, CBOs, and government agencies.
- Empower communities through community-led initiatives and capacity building.
- Be culturally sensitive, respecting local customs and values.
