OZONE Knowledge Connectivity Award Conferred on Thiru.G.Ramalingam
Thiru.G.Ramalingam, Secretary of Tamilnadu Anbuvazhi Arapani Mandram and Chairman cum Correspondent of New India Matric Higher Secondary School, Salem, has been honoured with the prestigious OZONE Knowledge Connectivity Award for his outstanding contributions to education and community service spanning over five decades. The award, presented by Padmashree Marachi Subburaman in the presence of Gramium Narayanan at SEVAI Community College, Trichy, recognizes his tireless efforts in promoting quality education and community development, following the ideals of Sirpi Velayutham Ayya.
As the driving force behind New India Matriculation Higher Secondary School, established in 1979, Thiru.G.Ramalingam has been instrumental in providing quality education to rural students . The school's mission is to create a better society through education and service, focusing on imparting knowledge, skills, and values to its students.
Thiru.G.Ramalingam's community service extends beyond education. As Secretary of Tamilnadu Anbuvazhi Arapani Mandram, he has led initiatives such as COVID-19 relief efforts, eye screening camps, and providing relief materials to cyclone victims. His commitment to social responsibility is exemplified through the provision of free meals to over 350 students at New India Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
